Information we collect

• Contact and discernment details voluntarily submitted through the guidance form.
• Account information for authorised diocesan, congregation, province and parish representatives.
• Approved profile content, events, stories, images and documents.
• Security and activity records required to protect the platform.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used only for appropriate pastoral response, referral and follow-up by authorised personnel. It is not displayed publicly or sold to advertisers.

Access and correction

You may request correction or deletion of personal enquiry information by contacting tamilnaduvocation@gmail.com.

Minors

Enquiries from persons under 18 require special care. Follow-up must respect diocesan, congregation and civil safeguarding requirements, including parent or guardian involvement where appropriate.
